Nuriel Forge

In a small kibbutz in the north of Israel, Yochai Nuriel has setup his shop. In his small outdoor workshop, he crafts bespoke knives for home and professional kitchens. Using local wood and metals, he forges beautiful and resilient blades.

Each knife is hand made and unique. With only capacity to make a few knives a month, Yochai takes orders weeks in advance and works closely with his customers to meet their needs to perfection.
